EASY TO PREP YOGURT PARFAITS:

- Nonfat Yogurt
- Blueberries
- Sliced Strawberries
- Granola

And you can add some honey if you like it super sweet!



STRAWBERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE:

- Fresh Strawberries (diced)
- 1 frozen ripe Banana
- Milk, Soymilk, or Lactaid (2 cups)
- Blender
