HEALTHY CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

You can either buy the canned chicken chunks at the grocery store or you can buy a rotisserie chicken from Costco and use it for multiple dishes. Last night we had a Costco run and I was thinking of what to make for lunch. I've been craving a chicken salad sandwich so we bought one these.





















First you cut thin slices off the chicken breast. Costco makes theirs nice and moist so it works just great! Then you put those slices on a cutting board and slice them up into even smaller pieces.

 Then I added the following:

- Dried cranberries
- Chopped walnuts
- 1 apple (chopped into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons of mayo

If you don't want to use mayo you can use salad dressing instead.























You can use it for sandwiches, salads, or wraps. Super easy to make and no cooking required!
