You can easily buy this plain Greek yogurt at Costco, Trader Joes, or any other grocery store. My husband and I buy two tubs at Costco and we get through it pretty quickly. I think we finish one each in less than a week or so.

- Greek Yogurt
- Almonds or Walnuts
- Dried Cranberries
- Drizzle honey over the top to add sweetness
LEMON & HONEY RECIPE
- Greek yogurt
- Cut a lemon in half and after pitting out the seeds squeeze two spoons of lemon juice into a cup of plain yogurt.
- Then sprinkle a considerable amount of honey over the top
- Mix it all together until there is a smooth consistency

CHOBANI CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1 1/2 C (12oz) Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
Measure Chobani, and let stand for 2 hours at room temperature. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in microwave. Cool to room temperature, then fold in Chobani 1/4 cup at a time, until the mixture is smooth. Let stand at room temperature until cool and spreadable.

TANGY FROZEN GREEK YOGURT

Americans have learned to appreciate plain whole-milk “Greek-style” yogurt in all its thick, rich, creamy glory, and those attributes are played up here. Buttermilk and lemon juice bolster its pleasing tartness, and light corn syrup adds body.
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups plain whole-milk Greek-style yogurt
1 cup well-shaken buttermilk
5 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
an ice cream maker
Warm sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Transfer to a large bowl and cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Whisk in yogurt, buttermilk, and lemon juice and chill until very cold, 3 to 6 hours.
Freeze yogurt in ice cream maker. Transfer to an airtight container and put in freezer to firm up.
Cooks’ note: Frozen yogurt keeps 1 week.

MIXED BERRY POPS
[Plain Chobani 0%]
1 C fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 C (8 oz) Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp honey
Puree fruit, Chobani and honey in food processor until smooth.
Fill 6 freezer-pop molds or 3-oz paper cups 3/4 full. Insert sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 6 hours. Dip molds briefly in hot water before unmolding.
